Loaded Marv n' Joe

While I was attending college at Utah State University I had a favorite at "The HUB" food court and it was called a "Marv n' Joe," which is a choice slice of bread topped with rich garlic butter, fresh tomatoes, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper and provolone and parmesan cheese.

I was craving it, but decided to soup it up a bit...I added turkey bacon, avocado, and an egg. I also used Nature's Own double fiber 50 cal bread, olive oil cooking spray for the bread, and only a little bit of shredded gouda on top. It turned out amazing. :)

Ingredients:

choice of bread
olive oil cooking spray
garlic salt
sliced tomato
turkey bacon
avocado
egg
choice of cheese
pepper

cooking directions:
I cooked the bacon in the microwave while cooking the egg over easy on the stove. Prep the bread with the olive oil spray, garlic salt, tomato, turkey bacon, avocado, add the egg and pepper then the cheese. Broil for about a minute (until cheese is melted). Then gobble it up! :)
