Greek!

Bon has been on a Greek kick lately, so this morning I decided to go Greek as well! I made a delightful egg white spinach pita. I sauteed some onions then added a 1/2 cup egg whites and a little bit of chopped tomato. I used .5oz of feta cheese and put half of that on the mixture to melt a little then stuffed my whole wheat pita pocket with the mixture and sprinkled the remaining feta on top.


 We are trying many different Greek salads as well, so if you have a great recipe to share please do! We are looking for that "perfect" one!
