Roasted Chickpeas and Homemade Tortillas



I was browsing my Pinterest food board and decided on two of them to try today. Roasted chickpeas and chose to try salt and vinegar. They turned out well, but not as vinegary as I would have liked. Maybe if I had soaked them longer in the vinegar they would have kept more of the flavor...I am sure to try different seasonings next time though!


I also tried homemade tortillas with oat and wheat flour. Bon and I had one right off the pan with a little bit of spray butter and honey. Yummm!

I just substituted the all purpose flour with oat flour and vegetable oil with olive oil and milk with unsweetened almond milk.
