Turkey and Pizza Egg Rolls


Turkey Egg Rolls

Ingredients

1 lb of lean ground turkey
4 C of coleslaw mix
1/4 C chopped green onion
3 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice
1 tsp grated fresh ginger root
14 sheets of egg roll wraps
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray butter

Directions

Brown turkey over medium until no longer pink; drain and rinse. Add the coleslaw mix, onions, soy sauce, garlic, five-spice, and ginger. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until coleslaw is wilted. Remove from heat.

Place an egg wrap sheet diamond shaped on a peice of wax paper; spray each corner with butter. Place 1/3 cup of turkey mixture in the middle of the sheet. Fold the corner closest to you up over the mixture and then the two sides; roll towards the last corner (this should be pictured on the back of the egg roll package). Place each roll on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Spray the top of each roll with butter and spread evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 min or until golden brown. 

Serve with low sodium soy sauce,  a low cal sweet and sour, or hot mustard.

Pizza egg rolls 

each roll contains

3 slices low fat turkey pepperoni
half a slice fat free Kraft cheddar singles
1 tsp chopped green onion
1/3 cup coleslaw mix
a sprinkle of italian seasoning

Feel free to add whatever else you would put on your pizza! ;) Just note that the nutrition fact will vary.
