Satisfaction vs. Disappointment

I feel it is ok to cheat once in a while, but there is a difference from a cheat and gorging. A cheat snack or cheat meal...no problem. When "cheating" turns into snacking all day or doubling portions of all your meals that day, that is when it's too far. We've all been there and so we know it is not as great after as it seemed while doing it. It is almost as the toxic feeling after over eating is our punishment for knowing better! I know when I am on vacation or during a holiday I most often over eat, but I do the walk of shame EVERY TIME!  It is my goal to think smarter and remember the difference between a cheat of satisfaction and what will leave me with disappointment.
